No access to the balcony or garden what so whenever. The owner just parred me off all day about bringing a spare but never happened. The facilities are rubbish, the living literally had a broken sofa, a tiny tv and a table propped up with folded tissue. Not even a lamp, or fan in the boiling weather provided. Check in unclear just a code to the lock box given with no instructions of which one if even the correct flat number. All in all would AVOID the DUMP at all cost.

Upon arrival, there was no hot water. Waited for 2 hours before a plumber arrived. The property had not been maintained well. The bathroom radiator & toilet holder were loose from the wall. The bedroom had a missing catch window, and the handles to the drawers were snapped & broken. The table in the front room was also broken & wobbly. Booking.com double booked my original booking. They sent an email saying they would pay the extra for the new booking if I sent an invoice. However, the property manager is not responding. I have wasted hours on phone calls & emails with still no resolution. The whole experience has been extremely stressful.

There was very little toilet roll. There's a piece of laminate in the 1st bedroom that is sticking up and caught on my toes causing them to bleed. Bathroom is in a state of non repair IE radiator not even connected to wall which is a h&s hazard. Didn't get the key lock info so had to call them. The list could go on. I am very disappointed with the amount of money it cost for the night with this property and will be giving my feedback to booking. Com

Beds were comfortable

I very rarely give a poor review but to pay over a £100 for a night stay in this place is nothing short of criminal. Dangerous trip hazard in the bedroom due to laminate floor panel sticking up next to bed. Curtain tieback ripped out of wall and left on bedside cabinet. No hot water (we later found the boiler and found it turned off). Tap loose in bathroom. Radiator in bathroom not fixed to wall and toilet roll holder doesn't hold a toilet roll. Lounge sofa covers filthy and despite the multitude of cables and wires, TV function was only working for streaming, i.e. no live TV. New kitchen was promising, shame the crockery was dirty. Oh and the kettle leaks. Outside, the supposedly available parking was basically pot luck. Just be honest and say it's hit and miss as to whether you are going to find a space within walking distance. Glad it was just one night
