We felt very relaxed and welcome in the space and appreciate the coffee sachets and milk provided

My sister picked up a throw from the middle bedroom to get cozy and there was something on the blanket, I wouldn't like to guess what. - A slug was found in the bathroom, I understand the garden is the other side of the wall - this is just to make you aware.  - The larger bedroom, the connector for the bed is pretty sharpe and managed to cut my leg.  - Some small feedback to have curtains in the living room for privacy. We sat in there during the evening but didn't want to put the main light on as the neighbours would be able to see in.

It’s a great location if you are intent on walking to the heart of the City Centre, if your mobility is restricted it may prove a bit of a challenge getting up and down the hill. It’s a bit further to walk to the marina area but it is very doable and there are lots places to explore along the way. The property is ideally situated for travel to Gower or Mumbles Bay. The property benefits from two separate toilets and comfortably sleeps 6. The small garden is enclosed and satisfies any dog owners needs. The neighbours were welcoming and the parking was better than I had first anticipated. The kitchen was adequately equipped and the linen was all fresh and clean. The property was very clean throughout and the advice and contact before getting to the property by the owners was excellent. All of the equipment was in good working order and the interior of the property looked good throughout. I was really happy with our stay there. Well done.

There were very few negatives, certainly none that would detract from the overall review. Not for those with difficulty climbing steep steps I would say.
