Almost everything honestly, I can’t fault the property, I even loved where my room was situated

I had an incident with a manger but got it sorted out, I just didn’t like that it had to get to that point where I’m upset for us to get proper communication from them

Activities at hotel, great gym facilities most staff really go out of their way. We stayed for our anniversary, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Good service at all restaurants, good food choices at Hyde Beach and Great Palms. Mirabelle restaurant was lovely (food, vibe and aesthetic)!

To nitpick, cocktail menu could be improved, we still found good options though e.g. aperol spritz and rum and coke. Bungalow food was not the best, but service was friendly and lively!

The rooms are nice and there is a great breakfast buffet and gym. The rooms were cleaned to a great standard.

There are some improvements needed in the overall running and customer service of the property. I booked via booking.com and had expected to pay at the property given that’s what it said on the booking confirmation. But three days before my stay the hotel contacted me via chat requesting payment and said that if I didn’t pay now then the booking would be cancelled. Additionally when we arrived at the property at 3pm they said we couldn’t check in because a previous guest had been smoking in our room and they needed to air out the windows, nothing was offered to us whilst we waited like a refreshment or a simple room upgrade, we were a bit disappointed by this. Additionally the service around the pool was very slow. The hotel would benefit from an app and the activities and events at the hotel should be bookable and more varied. For example, the Hyde Beach should have more entertainment on with dancers and get the party going, but during the day it was just 1 dj and people didn’t feel like they could get up and dance. There is a lot of space in the hotel and it just felt under utilized and eery at some points, if the hotel put more effort into the running of it then it could be 5*.

Niets.

Nagyon szép környezet. Bulizós, felnőttbarát szálloda. A medence csodálatos és nagy. Több bár található körülötte és éttermek. Tiszta, rendezett környezet. Az ételek bőségesek és változatosak. A tengerparti bár is nagyon hangulatos. Személyzet kedves, különösen a hölgyek.

Az éttermek nyitvatartása lehetne hosszabb. Vacsora tovább tarthatna mint fél 10 A tengerparti rész elég szűkös. Kicsi az elkerített tengerpart. Csúcsidőben zsúfolt lehet.

The amenities were nice.

The garden was infested with mosquitoes. The rooms had no door to the bathrooms. The bottom level had such a bad sewage smell at the end of the day.

The resort is well organized clean quite cozy Several restaurants with a large varieties of food and drinks Gym and SPA are nice and fully equipped The beach in a perfect spot between the sea and mountains Energetic vips at night with DJ and after party The room is wide clean and the side sea view is wonderful I want to thank Muzeyyen for her great support all the time
