The fact that they picked on some client for noise and not the others. I felt it was unfair treatment.

Everything was perfect, the facilities, cleanliness, and overall quality were outstanding,The hotel is very comfortable and well organized, I would especially like to thank Tolğa from the front desk at the reception ,He was very professional, kind, and helpful, and he even changed my room to make sure I was comfortable. The entire staff were also very friendly and respectful

Séjour parfait au Hyde Bodrum ! J’ai eu la belle surprise d’être surclassé avec une chambre donnant directement sur la piscine, alors que j’avais réservé une simple chambre. Le personnel a été très à l’écoute, répondant rapidement à mes réclamations et m’offrant même un moment détente au spa – un service exceptionnel.
