Le séjour était incroyable. L’hôtel est magnifique, très propre et l’ambiance est parfaite pour se détendre. Un grand merci à la réceptionniste Muzeyyena, elle était adorable et très professionnelle, elle nous a fait sentir les bienvenus dès notre arrivée. Nous avons tellement aimé notre séjour que nous reviendrons sûrement l’été prochain inchaAllah

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse på Hyde Bodrum och uppskattade verkligen den höga servicenivån, den härliga atmosfären och den fina helhetsupplevelsen på hotellet. All personal var väldigt vänlig, professionell och hjälpsam under hela vistelsen. Ett extra stort tack till Tolga Bey i receptionen, Müzeyyen Hanım och Zhannat Hanım inom Guest Relations samt Emre Bey i restaurangen för deras värme och fantastiska service.

Очень приятный, новый отель с отличным персоналом. Отдельно хочется отметить вкусные и очень красивые десерты. Неплохой спортзал, достаточный для поддержания формы во время отпуска.

Не хватает опций для непьющих. Нет безалкогольных коктейлей и тд. Не работал лифт в нашем корпусе во время пребывания. Недостаточно хорошо объясняют что где во время заселения-приходится самим во всем разбираться. Также не хватает развлечений, спортивная и развлекательная программа довольно скудная

The food was delicious, the setting was stunning, and the hotel facilities were fantastic. I really loved the environment you've created

I wanted to share some feedback regarding the staff. I felt that the service was somewhat inconsistent for solo guests. On several occasions, I noticed a certain detachment from the staff, making me feel like my presence was secondary. It’s a shame, as it definitely impacted the overall experience of my stay.

Smelled of sewage due to issue with cooling system

We had a connecting room, as four friends went.. the room was fantastic. Cleaned everyday really comfortable we all loved it, also very spacious and plenty of wardrobe space.
