Ville Alba & Azzurra Accesso Privato al Mare

The host was amazing!! SO welcoming & kind! The house had everything you could need…from beach towels to olive oil to laundry! We enjoyed the large frig, bottled water, bathrobes! & cooking every night. The grounds were a little overgrown with weeds but the location next to a small beach was great!! We rode bikes into Polignano a Mare, a highlight

The smell from cleaning products was overwhelming but open windows (with screens!) aired it out

Het dorpje Polignano a Mar was heel leuk! Er staan fietsen om te gebruiken.

De eigenaar liegt erop los, we hadden een inval door 5 man van de overheid, de huisjes voldoen niet aan de veiligheid en de eigenaar betaalt geen belasting, dus hij moest mee naar het bureau. De omschrijving klopt ook niet op booking.com, het zijn twee huisjes op 1 perceel, je deelt de tuin. De foto’s komen niet overeen met de werkelijkheid. Slecht bed. De afstand tot het centrum is best ver, je zit achteraf.

За три дня мы прожили тут целую жизнь, наполненную спокойствием, красотой, простором, уютом, теплом. Чудесное место, которое становится еще чудеснее, благодаря его прекрасному хозяину - Паскуале. Спасибо за все! От всего сердца рекомендую Ville Alba&Azzura.

Hosts are friendly, helpful, kind and generous We enjoyed talking with both and they couldn't do enough for us ladies! Loved the quiet peaceful atmosphere to come back to after walking to town or driving off to another location. Very cute grey kitten and others lives here -we named him Giovanni

No indoor shower

After a week of visiting 3 Italian cities by train, a week stay to relax was just what me and my family (wife and two teenage sons) needed. We had such a special time at Ville Alba and Pasquale could not have done any more as a host. His friend Ahmed, who helped with settling us in on arrival was so friendly too. Pasquale kindly offered to collect us from the train station in his van, gave us a quick tour of Polignano to orientate us and insisted on taking us to the supermarket to buy supplies for a few days too, which was a big help (he even had strong carrier bags ready for us!). The villa is very comfortable and has a lovely garden and outside spaces for eating, including an outdoors kitchen meaning we cooked and ate outside all the time (there is also a small kitchen inside). The outside shower (which was fully enclosed) was lovely and warm and it’s so nice being to able to look up and see blue sky. The villa has a gate that opens on to the beach, which was great for a swim and rock pooling (which our boys loved). A bonus for us was that the villa came with bikes which made popping into Polignano for the day or evening dinner so easy. My son punctured his back tyre on the way home one evening and I texted Pasquale and he came out next morning to repair it. We had a car for a few days and the villa is so well located for visiting local towns/attractions (we went to the local aqua park, Alberobello, Monopoli and Ostuni, all within 30-40 minutes drive). The added bonus for us was that there were some cats that lived around the villa, which were as friendly as you want them to be (which our boys loved). Also, if you do fancy an early morning, try to get to the beach to see sunrise over the Adriatic. It was beautiful and so peaceful. We definitely plan to return to this villa.

Having to leave for home to be honest.

Una vacanza perfetta, abbiamo trascorso due settimane meravigliose. La posizione della Villa è unica, direttamente sul mare e a pochi minuti dal centro di Polignano. La casa e suoi spazi erano pulitissimi e dotati di tutti i comfort. Al nostro arrivo Pasquale e il suo collaboratore Ahmed ci hanno subito fatto sentire a casa. Pasquale è un uomo di altri tempi, gentile, premuroso e sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni nostra richiesta e rispondere alle nostre curiosità. Un vero padrone di casa da cui si dovrebbe imparare l’arte dell’ OSPITALITÀ. È stata una vacanza che ha fatto bene al cuore e all’anima, dove cullati dal rumore del mare ci siamo sentiti a casa e parte di una famiglia.

Tutto perfetto

Posto meraviglioso. Struttura accogliente e pulita con il confort necessario per stare in pace vicino al mare. L’accesso diretto alla spiaggia è impagabile. La spiaggia, seppure rocciosa è adatta anche ai bambini. Pasquale è un host gentilissimo e piu che disponibile per ogni richiesta. Ci torneremo senz’altro. Grazie Pasquqle!
