Cute little house with nice outdoor space. There are two houses on the property.

Pasquale is a great host, helping and answering all questions .The location is superb, on outskirts of the city. close to the port. There are 2 villas on property, but you have your own privacy, since the garden is quite large. The villa is very well equipped with all stuff you need during your stay.

Amazing location, walk through gate and you are on the Adriatic.

The location is good. Close to both Polignano a Mare and the beautiful village of San Vito and Benedettinni Abbey. Ideal base for driving to all the major sightseeing destinations. Next to a small,safe sandy beach and restaurant. Nice large walled private garden space right beside the shore. The host Pasquale was very friendly and helpful.

The facilities in the dwelling are somewhat dated. Everything works but the gas hob is old and and difficult to use because you can't see from the panel which ring applies to which control knob leading to unnecessary gas escape and fumes.This should be replaced. We were taken aback to find that the toilet was located in the shower cubicle- it got very wet when having a shower and had to be dried off for use thereafter - the shower and toilet should be separated.

Well placed not far between iconic Polignano and San Vito, directly on the sea (rocks). House is a quite large circular garden pavillon at the foot of the proper villa. Large garden at disposal of guest with its palm tree alley has some flair. Host Pasqualino very caring/pampering. To lend bikes is really a good idea in this very bikable area... (however their age did not make them very reliable.)

Like most properties in the area the property is surrounded by a high wall, taking away direct view on the sea. The coast segment in front of the villa is black rock improper as a beach (and a little bit littered): you have to walk 200m to reach the sandy spaggia

Our stay at the villa was absolutely amazing. Pasqualino is the best host I have ever met. He met us at the railway station, gave many advices and a bottle of Prosecco)) and was always available to help. The villa is located 2 km far away from the center of Polignano (we had a nice walk at the seaside), in a quiet place (which is a big advantage during the high season when Polignano is full of tourists) with a direct access to the sea. The nearest beach is stony, but in 500-700 meters there is a very nice beach in San Vito which we fully recommend. The territory of the property with garden is really huge and well equipped. There is a dining area and sun chairs outside. The apartment has everything necessary including beach towels. Thank you Pasqualino for our unforgettable time in Puglia🤗

The property is in a wonderful location right next to the sea. The outdoor area is very spacious and has everything you need. The outdoor shower is exceptional.
