It was a dreamy location with direct access to the sea, perfect for us as a family. It was close enough to the city centre- if you fancy a walk it would take you around 30 minutes.We loved the spacious veranda and the summer kitchen. There was plenty for us to do and the house had all the necessary items from toiletries to beach equipment. The host- Pasqualino was attentive and friendly and so helpful.

We were warmly welcomed by Pasquale, the owner of the villa, who made our arrival feel special by generously providing breakfast items like croissants, jams, and bottled water. We stayed in the central circular villa, which was spacious and well-suited for our family of five. The layout included two bedrooms: a master bedroom, and a second room with three beds—a bunk bed and an additional single bed. Pasquale also provided a crib, which was perfect for our 4-year-old. The living area featured a kitchen, dining table, sofa, and TV, and the working air conditioning was essential during our stay from June 26 to July 3, when temperatures hit 40°C. One of the biggest highlights was the private beach access—ideal for families. At low tide (8am–4pm), we could walk among rocks and sand, while at high tide (after 6pm), the water rose just enough to be fun and safe for kids, thanks to rock barriers that minimized waves. The villa was safely enclosed by a stone wall and gated entrance, and on-site parking was convenient. Pasquale also went out of his way to provide local recommendations for events, attractions, and tours, which kept us engaged throughout the trip. Overall a great Host...

While the villa met most of our needs, it’s a bit aged in parts. The bathroom, although functional, had the toilet inside the shower space, which was a bit unconventional. The washing machine also rattled quite a bit during use, so we only ran it during the day. In the second bedroom, the bunk bed was too wobbly to safely use the top bunk, so only one child could sleep on the bottom, which was a bit limiting for our group. The kitchen had a few scratched Teflon pans, which raised some concerns as we cooked most meals at home—upgrading the cookware would definitely help. Being on natural sandy grounds, there were some ants, but Pasquale was quick to respond and take care of the issue when we let him know. To get to the historic city centre, you will need to drive roughly 10 minutes or so, it wasn't that bad of a drive.

Big shout out of thanks to Ahmed who spoke perfect English and was so helpful with restaurant recommendations, helping us with travel and being an all round great guy who really helped us enjoy our holiday. The location is fabulous. It’s is a 30 min walk outside of the centre of Polignano but this means you can walk outside the property and immediately be in a gorgeous safe place to swim in the sea and there is a lovely beach side restaurant which we went to twice. There are lots of tuk tuks around which you can call and they will be there in 5 mins to take you into the town if you want to for Euro 5 per person. Great air conditioning. We look forward to the next time.

The owner prepared everything to make our stay comfortable. The house had everything we needed - fully-equipped kitchen, outdoor facilities - BBQ , gazebo, there were beach towels, deck chairs, shoes for the beach. Our flight was delayed and he did some shopping to get in the essentials for us on arrival. It is a good base for visiting nearby attractions like Monopoli, Bari, Alberobello. We had a hired car.

The host goes above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and provides plenty of information to help with your stay. WONDERFUL. Convenient parking, wonderful outdoor living areas to enjoy... which is seemingly hard to come by based on our searches. Air Conditions is available and works great. However, there are enough windows and shaded areas to keep you more than comfortable without the use of any air conditioning... the breeze is divine!

Perfect location, just outside of town. House with everything we needed, plus a huge garden & direct access to the sea!

Excellent location away from the bustle of town but close enough for a nice walk. We swam almost daily, took bikes for a ride into town and just enjoyed the beautiful setting of this home. Super clean, and well equipped home. The host was superb: friendly, accommodating and with a great variety of recommendations for restaurants & tours. Loved everything about it!

Spacious and clean. Right on the water and a very generous host. Pasquale gave us a tour around the property, and was very helpful when we needed anything at all. He also sent us many restaurant recommendations and shared wine with us that he made.
