Beautifully decorated. Loads of extra considerations and attention to detail. No problem with parking. Good pub across the road. Really comfy beds. Lovely bathroom.

It was all really very good - can’t find any faults. Would definitely stay again. Perfect for our weekend visit to the area.

"Clean, comfortable, well equipped, beautifully decorated."

The cottage is beautifully decorated, very clean, well equipped and comfortable; great size for four people. There's a good local pub just across the road and parking is easy and off-road. The welcome snacks and milk and spare toiletries were a lovely touch. Great location for visiting Durham.

This is a wonderful place to stay. Very clean and the extra special touches made it feel like a home away from home. Great communication with Kimberley. Easy check in and all of our needs were met. It was lovely. Will definitely stay here again when we visit this area again.

"Well presented and thought out property and hosting for all amenities and kitchen items"

Easy key collection but a bit tricky to find the property if coming from one direction but it is sign posted and it was late when we arrived

Outside space would be better if was garden style at rear. I would come back with my family if stair gates were possible but I’m not sure as I didn’t look for that when I booked as came with a friend

"Cost and welcoming cottage"

Newly renovated property that was clean, tidy and very comfortable. Lots of lovely little touches to make it feel homely and welcoming. Comfortable beds so we all slept well. Plenty of off street parking and a pub across the road - what more do you need?
