Owner was very friendly and couldn't do more to help us even done a little surprise for our anniversary.

the communal areas could be tidier

Was very unique was aloud to play the arcade games which was such a bonus. The extra personal touches for my birthday was very thought out and a lovely extra a lot of thought went in to it which was lovely

Matthew is so lovely and accommodating! The personal touches to the room were lovely, prosecco and chocolate and mugs with our initials on was very special. The bed is super comfy and the room is gorge. The arcade is awesome, we didn't get a chance to use it but it looked great! Breakfast was nice too!

Matthew was a lovely, attentive and thoughtful host. He made us feel comfortable and welcome in this shared space. And Matthew’s cat Tub is a real cutie.

The house is under renovation so it is not chic upon arrival. Once you’re there and inside the home though, it is welcoming. Keep in mind though, this is a shared space. If you are not comfortable sharing a living space…this is not the place for you. I can’t emphasize enough though how welcome we felt and comfortable in the shared space. Thanks again Matthew.

The property felt very inviting with a very warm and cozy feeling in our rooms. Our host Mathew, couldn’t have been nicer!! Giving us a tour of each room and chatting to us a little about his interests and passions. Such a down to earth guy, from the second we entered the property he was very welcoming, bubbly and friendly. He always made us feel very safe and comfortable, and always checked up on how we were doing and if everything was satisfactory!!

Lovely Guest house, great location, comfortable beds, Tea/ Coffee/ Biscuits/Fruit, A complimentary bottle of Prosecco on arrival! Continental Breakfast. Matthew is a great Host and very accommodating!
