We choose this accommodation mid way through our holiday, fantastic base to catch up on admin, laundry etc. Easy to meet host and get key card. Good central location.

Balcony glass panel did not feel safe.

higher level with nice view from the balcony. Easy access to the room. It would be nice if host prepare a small microwave so that we can reheat our foods. nice owner also 👍

First step entrance with a very bad smell coming from the toilet i guess. The whole apartment become smelly uii

Great location with plenty of food stalls, restaurants, and local shopping malls within 1 km. Good views of the Kota Kinabalu harbour from the 19th floor apartment. All 4 lifts were working when we were staying there, and thus, no long waits for the lift. Kitchenette is well equiped and washing machine worked well.

Minor issues from the toilet, which though very clean, has intermittent unpleasant odours, and water heater that did not work well.

Affordable price to stay and strategic place. very clean. will book again once go to KK.

For facilities maybe can add microwave. Also parking issue, not provided for guests. The Parking charges by hours. Better have parking for guests next time FOC.
