Very Clean, conveniently located and a friendly host.

As soon as we walked into the apartment, there was smell of drainage/sewer,

The ocean view and the apartment is really pretty and comfy. AC is perfect and the apartment is equipped and well decorated. Hosts were the best!!!

Taking elevators was a little bit chaotic. There is some smell coming from the sewage occasionally

I really like the ocean view, how close it is to the markets and the interaction with the host. They were extremely responsive and friendly

I didn't like how busy the elevator was the whole time and I would like the managers of the building to have a better system to move people. Maybe just making stops on odd and even floors or something like that. Also there was a weird smell in the apartment the first day

Very clean and tidy,next time I will stay again at this property if I go to Kota Kinabalu.Very recomended.

The swimming pool not maintain well,the water not really clean.

The property is good, tidy and comfortable. The facilities are good in condition and adequate. The owner of the property is very helpful.
