The Shore - Casa Kinabalu

The view was great, a modern apartment on the 19th floor with a washing machine.

The kitchen facilities were very basic, they consisted of 2 hot plates, one frypan, plates, bowls, cups & glasses, chopsticks, forks & spoons. There was a chopping board & one sharp knife & a metal spatula, but no saucepan or knives for eating. Th lifts were slow and often crowded.

The accommodation n facilities was very good

The seaview was not fully satisfied with me🫢

The apartment is spacious and communication with the host was very good.

The elevators in the building are not sufficient to deal with the number of people staying. This meant there were often long waits to use them. The kitchen had limited utensils and there is no stove. The sofa was not comfortable. There was a bad smell from the drain in the bathroom. Due to the public holidays when I was staying, the pool was full of children and families from morning until night. This made it almost impossible to use it for swimming. It was also not clear/clean.

Convenience.

The building is not really completed. A lot of renovations are going on.
