Rotunda - New Street, City Centre, Birmingham

Unfortunate smell in elevate lobby. Lack of mirrors in apartment. There’s one mirrored wall in bathroom but it’s behind the bath and sink so trying to see in it is difficult

Booked this property at the last minute, checked in within 5 mins of booking. Host stayed on the phone whilst directing me. Was the perfect location literally in the centre. Would definately stay again.

Bathrooms could do with some maintenance but nothing that effects use.

The location was perfect in the centre of everything. The room was very basic. The bathroom was a bit rough due to wear and tear. But it was clean. The host instructions were perfect and easy to follow.

Excellent location. Slept well, although building echoes. Good for an overnight stay.

The apartment needs updating and refreshing. Toilet seat broken and no handle on bathroom sink. Chairs threadbare in places. These are things that need addressing if longer stays are wanted

I liked the staff they were nice to deal with.

What i didn’t like was the state of the carpets, the air conditionings where full and not emptied, no way to air out the room couldn’t open windows even with the x2 air conditioners the room was still boiling, there was no WiFi code to use either.

It could do with some maintenance around the bath. And the lights were dusty. The sofa bed was made up, which we didn't need but wasn't clean underneath. Found a pair of glasses. Towels stuffed under the main bed. Fold them up and store them in the wardrobe. Overall very spacious.

Loved this property!! Excellent, central location. Very easy to understand the instructions and finding it in the centre. Could do with a bit of TLC cleaning wise but everything was in working order and it had everything we needed for the night!
