Very nice staff, comfy central hall to chill out in with the free amenities. Amazing onsen, one of the best of those we tried in Zao!

Room was spartan and just big enough for 4 people. Hotel in general a bit older, but had charme.

"ABSOLUTE MUST STAY"

The location was fantastic! Able to walk to the farthest ski lift to warm up and work our way out to the other end of the resort. Walked straight from the bus stop to the hotel, roughly 10 minute walk with all our luggage. The accommodation was clean, ADORABLE, and the staff was some of the friendliest I have experienced in my life. The room was spacious, the onsen was absolutely incredible. Cinderella bar/restaurant was phenomenal as well as the other restaurant in the hotel. Breakfast was amazing as well. HIGHLY recommend staying here.

The location was very good, quiet street and easy walk to town. The staff is AMAZING!! Very good breakfast, super clean rooms and good amenities for the stay! I loved the free yukata provided for the onsen and breakfast
