Établissement remarquable, notamment grâce aux onsens intérieurs et extérieurs accessibles dans l'hotel! La chambre de type "traditionnelle" était très jolie et confortable. Enfin, le personnel était particulièrement attentionné.

Le petit déjeuner traditionnel, en supplément du prix de la chambre, n'était pas aussi bon et fourni qu'espéré.

エントランスを入ると明るいガラス張りの空間から緑の木々が広かって素敵です。部屋も清潔でした。スタッフの方々の対応は電話でも施設内でもとても丁寧で親切でした。スタッフの方が教えてくださった天童の蕎麦屋さんに行ったらとても美味しくて嬉しかったです。

部屋のエアコンの音がとても大きくて、気になりました。 お風呂はもう少し温度が高いといいな、と思いました。

Wonderful onsen hotel, with very helpful and accommodating staff. Great location, beautiful outdoor onsen pools, and having access to so many other onsens in thtoo through our stay here was an unexpected bonus. Would definitely recommend.

"Bezaubernd entspannt - a room with a view"

Wir hatten ein traditionelles Zimmer im 4. Stock mit Tatami-Matten und zwei sehr bequemen Futonbetten. Das Zimmer hatte einen kleinen Wintergarten mit einem Tisch und zwei Sesseln und wunderbaren Ausblick auf die Berge. Das Hotel ist eine Mischung von Wellness und Ski Hotel und dementsprechend entspannt. Man darf mit dem Badelatschen und den bereit gelegten Morgenmantel in das heiße Bad und auch zum Frühstück kommen. Der Wintersportort Zao Onsen ist auch im Sommer eine Reise wert, bietet Entspannung, kühlere Luft und schöne Berge.
