Host is lovely, great facilities, warm showers, comfortable bed.

A little tiring to get to by foot due to a hill.

Audrey was a very condsiderate host and welcomed me warmly. The apartment is small, but it had everything I needed for my week in Newquay, including the option to cook something. The apartment was very clean and cozy, and it was very quiet at night – yet you're only a 10-minute walk from the train station and the town. I would definitely come back.

Since I was on the go most of the time, it wasn't a problem for me that the apartment doesn't offer much space – the kitchen in particular is a bit tight, located across from the entrance, and there's no really comfortable place to sit and eat. But I was aware of that from the start, and it didn't bother me as a solo traveler. If you're traveling as a couple, it might be a bit cramped.

The host was very friendly and handed the keys on arrival, with tea and coffee facilities, and a comfy bed.

The TV has no signal, and the radiators don't work, as it gets very cold in the morning in the apartment.

Had an amazing stay at this lovely place! The host was super kind and accommodating. The space was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. Perfect for a 3-night stay. Highly recommend! 😊

Comfortable, good kitchen, good shower, TV , all good

The property had a very small kitchenette with a microwave and small air fryer that meant we were able to heat a small meal and make breakfast. Off-street parking was a bonus. Tidy, clean bathroom.

The property was lovely and clean with a comfortable bed and everything I needed. It's also close to the shops. Audrey was very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, nice and quiet. Heating was put on for us, so it was nice and warm on our arrival as we did not get to the accommodation till late as we had travelled from Torquay after being at a funeral and host was there to welcome us would highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you for having us hope to see you again.

Nothing not to like.

Audrey’s place was ideal for our day and evening in Newquay. Close to town, comfortable and quiet. We were greeted by Audrey and shown around. The accommodation is surprisingly spacious with everything you could expect to find. Will definitely be looking to staying again in the future. Thank you 🙏🏻

I had only stayed here for the first time 8 days earlier, for one night. It was so lovely, and conveniently located, that I had no hesitation in booking another two nights to extend my holiday in Newquay after having to leave my weekly accommodation. Audrey was very helpful and accommodating again, and I would definitely return in the future.
