La disposition de l'appartement est au top. Si vous n'avez pas peur de marcher à peine, vous êtes à 10 minutes de tout ce qu'il y a à voir à Catane.

Attention si vous avez loué une voiture un peu trop imposante, il sera compliqué pour vous de manoeuvrer pour vous stationner dans la résidence. Je conseille de payer le supplément pour pouvoir vous garer à l'intérieur plutôt dans la rue au risque de retrouver votre voiture cabossée !

The owner is very helpful and there is washing machine. Private parking can be rented, but it is a bit tricky to access through the narrow entrance if you are not used to or just have rented the car.

This area looks on first sight very rough and dangerous especially night, but it’s ok. There mostly lives locals. You don’t want to walk around late at night.

Está cercano de la plaza del duomo, 15 min caminando. Tiene parking por 10€ al día en el interior lo cual es muy cómodo. Puedes aparcar en la calle fácilmente si así quieres. La casa cómoda y limpia. Muy bien contacto con el dueño

La zona es un poco degradada pero como casi toda Catania. Solamente el centro está cuidado. El restó necesitaría una buena limpieza

Se salía el agua del aire acondicionado y se encharcaba la terraza

Francesco è stato molto gentile e accogliente. La casa è spaziosa, pulita e ben accessoriata. Un plus è stato sicuramente il parcheggio interno al cortile!

La posizione. La casa dista 10/15 minuti a piedi dal centro (fattibile), ma si trova in una zona poco turistica e purtroppo un po’ degradata, come tante altre zone della città al di fuori del centro!

The room was spacious and had all sorts of amenities, such as AC, fridge, washer, clothes iron fully equipped kitchen etc. The apartment was clean and communication with the host was great. We had an issue with a city wide power outage and he offered to temporarily relocate us to a different apartment. This didn’t fit our plans but we appreciated the gesture. The location was walkable to the city center and the neighborhood seemed safe. Be ware it’s on the 2nd or 3rd floor without an elevator.

The entrance to the parking was very narrow and we had a hard time getting our tiny rental car in. We didn’t appreciate that there was an extra parking fee of 10€/day even though the listing here says it’s free. Some of the neighbors complained to us about a water leak from the AC unit when this should have been directed to the host. The cleaning lady walked in the apartment at 9:00 am when we had a 11:00 am check out time.

Amplio Con lavadora Aparcamiento en zona céntrica pero muy justo de entrar si llevas coche grande.

Poca luz Mucho calor, da el sol todo el día. Suministros justos por parte del propietario , p. Ej, papel higiénico .
