Royal Retreat & Lego Lodge with free parking

Very convenient for Windsor. There is a convenience store 2 doors down and a nice pub next to that. The park around the corner is a good place for breakfast

Very close to Windsor town & Legoland - on the bus route and quite easy to find - modern and has all the bits you might need, bathroom nice and clean and the same with the rest of the house.

The bed no so comfortable, kettle was not usable due to limescale and noice from next door neighbours until very late

Absolute great location, 5mins drive from legoland and Windsor Castle

Le canapé lit du salon n’est pas un lit deux places. Notre enfant de 12 ans y a dormi mais il n’y a ni drap de dessous ni alèse. Seulement 3 fourchettes et 5 chaises alors que nous avons réservé pour 6 voyageurs. Le ménage était fait mais sans vider les poubelles et il restait de la vaisselle sale dans l’évier.

Lovely cosy environment and well designed house. Great to have the freedom and so close to Lego Land.

On the main road

The location of the house was fab for our visit to Legoland. The facilities within the property were super, comfy beds, fab shower, clean and tidy.

Very close to Legoland about 5-10 mins drive.

Sofa looked nice but was very hard and uncomfortable to sit on. We arrived on a very hot day and would have been nice with our little child to sit in the garden. Lawn hadn’t been cut and garden furniture was falling apart. Lots of marks on carpets in bedroom, kitchen units are falling apart in places. Radiator cover in living room was broken with nails sticking out.

The location is fantastic especially with parking

When we arrived after long day travelling and at LEGOLAND with two children the property was filthy. It had not been cleaned following the previous occupancy. I contacted the host who then arranged for it to be cleaned. In fairness she did apologise. However, when I expressed my disappointment she stopped responding. Furthermore the property smelt of cannabis and the ‘fresh’ bedding and towels smelt of cigarettes. The children were extremely distressed and ended up with a much later bedtime due to the issues.

The beds were incredibly comfortable and it was very close to Legoland. The area is quiet.

The neighbours to one side were arguing quite a bit. This is not something that can be controlled but it's good to know. We were given the wrong code for the lockbox and the number in the booking didn't answer our calls initially. One of the neighbours told us to text it instead and we did. We had also sent a message via booking and it took a while to get an answer. It was 10 pm and it was a bit stressful. The owner apologized and helped us within 30 minutes in the end.
