Everything was perfect spa,food,rooms,staff

new, well placed for the slopes, usual small problems with maintenance (no way to choose the temperature on the heating, slept window open at - temperature outside) , menu between + and - as your luck may be

It was warm in the rooms.

The SPA was closed. Entertainment TV was down. Telephone was not working. No signs or markings on the Elevators. No warm water on the bathroom. Couldn’t take shower until almost 21:00

I recently stayed at the Grand Chamois Hotel and had an amazing experience! The hospitality was outstanding, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. The hotel’s location is perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The food was delicious, and the cleanliness of the entire property was impeccable. I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hotel is brand new, the rooms are nice and comfortable and the location is good. The staff is nice and helpful.

The construction of the hotel is not finished yet, so it's deff not worth for the money. The spa doesn't work in the working hours and when it does, it's not really clean, there are no showers, no toilettes, the pool doesn't work at all, it's all still under construction, but you pay the full price, making it deff not worth it. The gym hasn't been cleaned either, there aren't any bath robes or toilettries in the rooms. With one word, the hotel has great potential, but shouldn't be open yet, or the offers should be half price.
