Grand Chamois Hotel & Spa

La tranquil.litat: gairebé estàvem sols. Habitació petita però confortable.

Relatively clean, and nice breakfast.

Spa was said to be included in the price, yet, we were asked to pay again at reception. No warm water.

The hotel was closed due to a pest desinfection.

They did not inform me about the closure. Had to find a new place to stay very late.

The experience couldn’t have been better! The hotel is brand new, with modern and beautifully designed facilities. The restaurant is definitely a highlight — the food was delicious, with great options for vegans and vegetarians, and the wine selection was excellent. There is a place to park and the internet worked perfectly. But the best part was definitely the staff! We felt incredibly welcomed, were treated with genuine care, and had an amazing time throughout our stay. Highly recommended — take the chance to be among the first guests! :)

Loved the spa (saunas, ice bath and relaxation room all usable) and the view of the ski slopes, it was a great and quiet location to explore the Mavrovo area. Would’ve loved to stay another night if we had the time. We were given lots of information about the area. The bed was comfortable and the wardrobe has enough space for your luggage. There were lots of areas to relax downstairs and have a drink.

English menus would be a great addition
