Grand Chamois Hotel & Spa

The chef was very kind, we got an free spa use, spa is mostly clean and mice to use (sauna, infrared, showers and cold plunge), the fitness room is good equiped for a hotel

The bartender was unfriendly when he noticed, that we dont wanna eat in the hotel, no information, that in the offseason the restaurant does not offer the menu like on the photos (fresh pizza, steak, etc) no extra towel for the spa, we took a bathrobe in the spa on our own, the toilet and shower in the room are very dirty, also the carpet in the room is not clean, hairs in the bed and dead moths on the floor, the water in the cold plunge should get changed twice a day, it was not able to use the changing room abd the toilet in the spa and fitness area

We were there at the end of summer season. The whole hotel is still finishing construction and not really 100% ready for guests. What we saw, did not convince us that it is a place to visit after construction end either. The whole place is completely unprofessional. If you cannot service your guests properly, due to construction or off-season - just close the place. SPA: SPA is still in construction. Theoretically one can use sauna and fitness. Sauna is not permanently heated though and it is needed to give a heads up 1h in advance to fire it up. Which we did. Yet when I went down - it was all cold - no living soul to be found, lights out. Open only untill 19:00, so hard to use it after a day out so the next day we did not bother. Food & Restaurant: For supper we have ordered burgers, because they were pretty much the only thing available. The waiter did not bother to explain what are the different burger options when asked and simply rudely "reccomended" us the most expensive one. They were made from supermarket buns & frozen meat. Dry, simply bad and extremely overpriced. Later on, as we were the only guests in the restaurant, the waiter picked up some popcorn from the kitchen and started watching a movie on the big screen in the restaurant. For the included breakfast, there is no buffet nor proper menu to choose from. Next day we simply found something to eat on our way to the hotel. Rooms, furnishing, cleanlyness: No AC in the rooms. TV does not have... TV! You can use Youtube or connect a pc, but there are no channels that you could watch otherwise. The rooms are newly furnished but full of sloppyness - uneven tiles, incorrectly drilled wholes, missing furnishing on the floor. The lift was covered in dust from the construction.

The hotel was almost new and everything was in great condition. The views to the mountain and ski slopes al great, and the food was amazing. But the best was how friendly the manager and Kastro were. Thank you a lot!

Essen: „Das kulinarische Angebot war abwechslungsreich, frisch und mit viel Liebe zubereitet – ein Genuss für Gaumen und Augen.“ • Lage: „Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal – ruhig und dennoch zentral, perfekt um die Umgebung zu erkunden und gleichzeitig zu entspannen.“ • Personal: „Das Personal war durchweg freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich – man fühlte sich willkommen und bestens umsorgt.“ • Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: „Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war ausgezeichnet – man bekommt hier deutlich mehr geboten, als man erwartet.“

Leider war das Duschwasser nicht warm, was bei einem 4-Sterne-Hotel enttäuschend ist. • Obwohl das Frühstück inkludiert war, mussten wir für eine zweite Tasse Kaffee extra zahlen, was das Gesamterlebnis etwas geschmälert hat.

La ubicación con vistas a la montaña son increíbles , el desayuno no era buffet pero lo que nos sirvieron estaba increíble , las habitaciones super acogedoras , y la tranquilidad si vas en época de verano
