Everything except...

There was only one two seater couch in the lounge and and 4 place settings for dining ..this was a big disadvantage for us ,we like to sit together ,comfortably in the evenings ,,this wasn't possible even though the house is advertised for up to 8 people.we could not book again simply for this reason .

"Perfect"

Great location. Spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. 10 to 15 min walk into town and 15 min walk to edgbaston. One secure gated parking space at rear of property and Free street parking for additional vehicles.

Sitting room / lounge area a little small compared to the size of the house (amount) of bedrooms. We were only a family of 4 so not too bad, but only room on the lounge for 2 or 3 people. If your not planning on chilling out at the property too much, it’ll be fine.
