Luxury 4 Bed House with Gated Parking in the Heart of Birmingham!

Great location for a family short stay in Birmingham. Walking distance to the city.

There was not enough seating in the lounge for our family as it only had a 2 seater sofa. The mattresses were very firm.

The property was spotless and extremely well maintained. The bedrooms were large and the beds very comfortable. Having three toilets was also much appreciated. We needed to contact the host several times and he was charming, courteous and very helpful each time. The video sent a few days before our visit was incredibly clear and useful.

The house slept 8, but the living area was small with only a two-seater sofa, 5 dining chairs and a small round table with only room for 4. With 4 of our number being children between 9 and 13, it was a bit too cosy! Turning the small room just inside the front door to the left into a reading/board game space would have made an excellent visit almost perfect!

The property was exceptionally clean, spacious and had fantastic facilities. It was a comfortable fit for 5 people. The communication with Arash leading up to the stay was clear and concise. We had such a lovely weekend staying at Sherlock street.

Not enough space in living room/kitchen areas. Unfortunately 1 chair was broken so that cut seating to 5. Not enough glasses also.

Great location,double beds for each party member,parking space for the car and a good response from the owner for any questions.

Needed more sofa seating for the size of the house.A two seater sofa is not enough.Being able to control own heating would be preferable but it was very efficient and certainly a warm house.

Not enough seating space in the living room. Corner sofa in the living room to fit more guests would be good. The heating was on high all night so was very hot.

Not enough seating in the living area, only seating for 6 adults and there were 7 of us.

The property is really lovely and clean. Lots of bedroom space for a group of 6. Only a 15 minute walk from Birmingham new street station and the city centre. The host was very easy to communicate with and responded very promptly. He also tried to accommodate all of our requests Including early check in. We were unable to get a late check out due to the property being booked again and the cleaning team needing to get in.

The bedroom curtains are not very good and it was extremely bright in them from 6am. The bedrooms need black out blinds or better curtains. We were also unable to control the heating ourselves and had to contact the host to change the temperature.
