"Small dream house perfect for group travel"

Everything was great, the apartment very clean and the location Very convenient.

The heating was very warm, and at least we didn't know how to regulate it. But that's just a small thing in the very nice apartment.

House was very clean and really comfortable. Very quiet in the house due to triple glazed windows so could not hear the traffic noise outside. Perfect

"Superb"

We couldn't get the heating started when we arrived. Called the host about it. He turned up promptly and sorted it out. Very friendly and courteous gentleman. The house, which was situated on a busy road, was exceptionally quiet. We enjoyed a comfortable and relaxed stay.

The property is modern and beautiful. The owner, Dr Arash was very helpful and responsive. Check in and check out process is seamless and hassle-free. We will rent this property again in the future when we come to visit Birmingham.

"There were some small issues regarding the clarity of the booking and sign up fees"

The house has four decent size bedrooms one with on suite which was great, and the kitchen had everything you need for cooking.

The beds that are in the rooms are not king-size beds but 2 x singles pushed together, inc the matresses, which leaves you having to sleep on one side or the other, not ideal...
