Luxury 4 Bed House with Gated Parking in the Heart of Birmingham!

An excellent location, easy to walk into the heart of Birmingham. The gated parking was great and there was on road parking nearby for our other car. The beds were very comfortableand the general feel was that the house was clean and light and bright. It was well equipped.

We liked everything however, we would have liked more soft seating, perhaps an L-shaped sofa in the sitting room area and more / plumper pillows - both in an ideal world as we found the house to be great! A 10am check out is early...11am would have been perfect.

House had the right amount of rooms for our needs and everything in place to facilitate a first night. Loved the compact kitchen and living room and the table setting. Bathrooms were very clean and presentable. Love that each room had a colour theme and it was carried out in the aesthetics. That each wardrobe had enough hangers. Plug sockets aplenty and mostly in the right places. Fresh linen and a clean and fresh smelling house, thank you.

Curtains, although colour co-ordinated with the rooms needed to reflect the weather outside and keep the morning light out. Mattresses were a bit thin in places and have twin doubles is always hard in the centre. Toilet roll holders, at least two in every bathroom which meant we were using all the rolls at the same time. Pick one set and stick to it please.

House was lovely and had four big double bedrooms which we needed for six adults and three young children. Lovely family weekend before some had to leave and return to Australia.

Lacking in some cutlery (there were no dessert spoons at all) and some glassware/pottery. Didn't spoil our weekend.

Location, clean modern house.

Immaculate, convenient for town, very clean and comfortable. Would stay here again
