Nothing left at 11pm and went home

Not very professional 1st room was filthy got moved to another room heating was stuck on could've done with a vacuum. Cups were dirty toilet was leaking and didn't flush properly. The whole property stunk of sweaty feet. Both of the names I received on the booking were female and it was a male host didn't even ask us our name or confirm it was us. Very unhappy and disappointed😞

The location of the premises.

The room was not ready when we arrived. Even though we was expected 1 hour before. The floor was not clean. There was no towels in the bathroom. There was no hot water. There was no hear drier as it said it would be. There was only 1 cup for coffee or tea. The TV was not working. The "bar" had no drinks at all. The internet was non existent. The check in area was not clean and full of things that should not be there.

Absolutely nothing

Absolutely disgusting experience from start to finish. We requested an early check-in, but when we arrived the room still wasn’t ready. We were left having to make the beds ourselves and clean the room before we could even settle in. The cleanliness was shocking — flies everywhere, marks all over the beds, no cups provided in the room, and the entire hotel smelt strongly of damp. To make matters worse, when we raised concerns about the cleaning, a man turned up with just a brush because apparently they didn’t even have a hoover. Security was another major issue. There was no proper key for the property and our room door didn’t even have a working lock. We had to leave our belongings in the room while we went out so they could supposedly change the lock, which they didn’t do. Then at around 10pm, someone was outside our room changing the locks while we were actually inside the room. Overall, the whole experience was stressful, unhygienic, and completely unacceptable. I would definitely not recommend staying here. We booked for 2 nights and did one night then we had to leave as we didnt sleep properly and the noise and banging in the hotel was unacceptable

Brilliant host, some works going on so as you vodka imagine the mess comes with. We had late check out and the host couldn't do enough for us. Brilliant location and lovely pet pooch.
