The beds were super comfortable in the main bedrooms - the double bunk was a bit squeaky for a 16-year old. The location was perfect - a little shop close by, parking for one car, easy access to dog walks and West Mendip Way.

Beautiful authentic cottage with modern interiors. The toilet seats are a bit wobbly on main bedroom and downstairs, and the hot water in the en suite didn't get very hot, but that can all be adjusted. Great house.

A wonderful house with a very old soul. You can rest in comfortable beds. Very friendly owner who is always ready to help you. I highly recommend it and we will definitely go back there.

The Nook is a wonderful place to stay and I would definitely recommend it to others. Marie, the host, could not have been more accommodating. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise too. The community shop stocks all you could possibly need and is only a few steps away. We used the log burner in the evening and was extremely surprised at how warm and cosy this made the cottage. A really lovely weekend was had by all 4 of us.

No negative points to add.

A lovely, comfortable rustic cottage situated in a quiet, friendly village. Good location for sight seeing and walking. Marie was an excellent host and very helpful.

We very much enjoyed our short stay at The Nook and if I had to find a fault it would be that a few minor things were broken or looked a little tired.
