no wifi for most of the time. It said that we had free wifi, but we only had wifi for 3 out of 14 days. Every time I sent an email or a phone called I never got a response back.

The unit itself seems old there was a lot of rust and very dusty/dirty

Ideal location in Cebu if you want a chilled vibe, unfortunately rooms not so much.

Current condition of the apartment was below average. Sewage smells from the pipes from the bathroom, toilet and kitchen sinks. Pillows were stained and the blanket was very very thin and bedsheet was pinned with a bobby pin barely keeping it in the case.

I liked that my wife was happy when I paid a ridiculously exorbitant fee for four nights at the Newtown Condo.

I didn't like many things; the price of the place would indicate luxury accommodation, the reality was tantamount to average hotel room. What hotel doesn't have a water dispenser in the foyer; what accommodation anywhere does not at least provide customers with a complementary bottle of water? The Newtown Condo, that's who. Additionally, things were rough, some things simply didn't work properly, and at times I felt like I was staying in my favoured Reddoorz Hotel - only this place cost four tines as much.
