Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. "Renovated house but noticed a leak in a wall in one of the rooms."

Renovated house, good location, easy to park and automated check in.

There was a water leakage from the wall in one of the rooms during our stay. There is only one toilet as the ensuite has only a shower.

Excellent communication from host . Central location. Spotlessly clean.

If I was to find a fault it would be the Pop up wardrobe at top of stairs falling apart.
