Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A damage deposit of GBP 100 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Cosy, comfortable, great location."

The house was warm and cosy with comfortable beds. Easy to use TV. Excellent choice of lighting options. A freezer, so handy when you need ice cream! Plenty of towels. Bus stop to town at the end of the street and plenty of nearby takeaways and interesting local shops. Good instructions / communication given in advance of stay

No lock on bathroom door and it came open when I was in there when my cousin opened her bedroom door. Couldn't find a tea towel or oven gloves.

"Really good central place to stay with a family"

It was very comfortable for a family of four with plenty of space to relax for us all, two tv’s, board games etc

The shower in the en-suite was very weak so not much good but a minor detail as the other bathroom was fine

I think you need door mat at the back door and a bigger frying pan but everything else was 10/10
