2br Cozy Duplex

This is a nice, well appointed place to stay.

They say it is cozy - a little tight for four people.

Nice decoration. Comfortable furniture. Good value for money. Helpful, friendly and rapid responses to our queries from owners. Could always park outside or close by.

Some decor getting a bit tired (eg kitchen cupboard doors need adjusting). Cutlery all loose in handles. Small bath towels. Didn't see a guest guide folder explaining things like recycling. Just one loo.

Very clean and well maintained property, they set the temperature before arrival and answered our questions very well and quickly no matter what time. Overall the best service in Belfast!

Nothing at all!

Firstly, the owners or employee's not sure who? Extremely responsive to any questions, almost instant responses, because of this I felt any major incidents would be dealt with effectively therefore giving me peace of mind. The house itself was very cosy, warm and very well decorated. The house felt secure and the area for the nights we were there(Feb) were quiet and peaceful. The owners either left behind previous guests deodorants or purchased them themselves, either way it was a really nice thoughtful thing to do especially for travellers like ourselves who travel light and can't bring deodorant due to 100ml limits. It was nice not having to buy whole bottles for 3 nights.

The only things that I could recommend would be to update the frying pans and add a few more cooking utensils, oven gloves etc. As a family that would cook our own breakfast the frying pans destroyed eggs, the coating was peeling off also. Consider providing cleaning cloths for surfaces also, would make it easier for guests to keep your homes surface's cleaner after use.(Very nit picky I know) 😊 In the bedrooms I highly recommend that the beds have 2 pillows for each person.
