Room as expected, good location for the university, clear communication about check in, facilities reasonably clean, parking available on the surrounding streets.

Walls between rooms are very thin so there was some noise from other users of the building. WiFi didn't work on the TV but did on my own devices

Location was as I expected

There was a very loud rumble in the room when the clothes tumble dryer was being used in the communal area. And since this was in use till after MIDNIGHT my first night, it disturbed my sleep. The second night it was used but finished its cycle early evening but since it wasn't emptied, there was a rumble at intervals all night. The use of the communal area washing facilities should be restricted late at night. There was no bedside light. The light switch for the ceiling light was a long way from the bed. I was able to park outside but with difficulty. There was no specific reserved space for the on street parking. The information about the parking is a bit misleading. It is not guaranteed.

Location

My room had a short circuit, which meant climbing up high to box, via phone to turn on mains switch. Tumble driers do not absorb water, so people left them on continually, was too noisy at midnight.

fridge was not working. kitchen had very poorly stocked eg no glass etc. sofa uncomfortable bed next to wall room very hot
