Clear and faceless entry instructions. The room I stayed in was a nice size. Desk available for working and good wifi. Communal space downstairs and garden were sizeable. Free parking outside the property was another plus.

The facilities were excellent. The only downside was a very uncomfortable old mattress.

Dried boogie on shower tiles, room was FILTHY!!! Initially I was deceived after bed was laid as I came in with my shoes on. Upon drawing back the bed cover, the bed was unlaid and had a person’s hair all over the bed. When I raised it to the landlord, they said it was ‘only hair!’. My floor had food particles and dirt, it was clear the room had not been cleaned in a while. The communal kitchen was disgusting to say the least. The room had a funny smell! I had the worse sleep of my life and work up with a cold!!!

The place was near to the University of Birmingham, and for that reason, I chose it.

The studio was too small. The bed was not enough for two person. The kettle inside the room is not working, but I used the kettle in the main kitchen.
