I really enjoyed the sleep I had, beautiful cosy room.

I had no iron in my room and I did message the owner and received a response advising me to look in the wardrobe, I explained to them there was no iron to be found and then did not receive a response again to help me or provide me with one which is a shame because I had to go to a meeting the following day with creased clothing.

Very steep front path and even steeper narrow staircases, no information about this access on booking site or after pre visit contact via email for information

The check in was easy. 5 mins away from the bus stop and close to Tesco Express.

Did not meet my expectations.

We found the room to be very clean and a good size for two people. It had the right number of towels, good bed/bedding and the bathroom was a great size. The kitchenette cupboards just need wiping out - we didn't use but was looking for the remote for the TV. The microwave was clean despite not using it. Aside from that, the room was perfect for an overnight stay. Definitely worth a return visit

The only issue was that we struggled with the hot water in the shower. It went from hot to scalding and we couldn't seem to be able to adjust the temperature. Ever so slightly noisy, but could sleep through it

The only good thing was that it was near the hospital. We were visiting my son there

The studio was very dirty it looked as though it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The radiator was thick with dust, the bathroom was dirty so we didn’t use the shower. In front of the kitchenette was wet. The fridge downstairs had mouldy food in which smelt horrible. We most definitely won’t go there again.
