Close to the centre

There was stains on the carpet as soon as we walked through the door, the fridge didn’t work and we noticed that there was food left in the freezer that had gone mouldy. Shower also dripped constantly through the night while trying to sleep.

The location was close to the event I attended at Edgbaston stadium. Nice to have private bathroom and kitchen

The fire doors slam shut. The remote didn't work It would have been good to have a light by the bed so you don't have to turn it off by the diary then walk in the dark to get into bed

Great location, good value for money, kitchenette in the room with a microwave, a fridge, and a stove, everything working and looking decent. Good communication with the owners.

Wardrobe leaning forward, seemed a bit unstable, the room is very dark, there is only one small window behind the wardrobe, very thin walls between rooms, dirty common area and bin area, only one towel per person (but we could have asked for more, just didn't bother). Also, the photos on the page are of the common area, no photos of the room until you book one.

Location great for UOB. Everything ok, ironing available.

No hairdryer.
