"convenient accommodation close to University of Birmingham"

The room was comfortable, with private bathroom, a wardrobe, a desk, and a fridge (important in the hot weather). The place is really close to Birmingham University Campus. Wifi signal was strong. Communication with the host was quick and efficient. There was a kitchen downstairs, and some space to use in the backyard.

"Good, but with reservations."

Excellent en-suite facilities Parking convenient Space in the room was well used.

On arrival, there was only crockery, glassware and cutlery for one and the booking was for a couple. This was resolved on the 2nd night of a 3 night stay. TV remote didn't work.

Convenient location for the venue I was visiting Clean and comfortable studio

Could have done with some curtains as only Venetian blinds on window so plenty of light coming in the room from the street outside
