Good place for a short stop over. Everything you need in one room with en suite.

having to wait for our room to be cleaned gone 4:30 when check in was 3pm

The studio was excellent, and included towels, tea, coffee etc. Very handy location for the University and the QE hospital. I'll definitely be staying here again!

key safe was unreliable - several attempts to get it to open. Only one mug for a twin room. Email said to inform you when the key has been replaced on leaving but no details of how to inform you

The advertised free parking was in the street Hangers in the wardrobe - one (broken) Drinking glasses none. Tea and coffee caddy on kitchen counter empty. PowerPoint in the bedroom - one on the wall opposite to the bed - not even near the desk Cutlery Draw - non existent - a few knives, forks and spoons flung in a cupboard Bed - mattress so uncomfortable sleep almost impossible. With minimal cost and effort this small apartment could have been so much better an experience

No bedside lamp(even a small one would have been great) paper thin walls so can hear everything and everyone outside the room
