Pietra d'Acqua Resort & Spa by Geocharme

Very peaceful and the staff were all excellent, warm and friendly and super helpful with eating recommendations and bookings. An oasis in the countryside with beautiful gardens. Spa looks good although we didn’t use it.

The pool is in serious need of refurbishing, paint peeling, walls cracked and green algae stains all around. There are no showers by the pool so the water is a little cloudy. The sun beds are large fixed variety and not adjustable so not the most comfortable and you constantly have to re position the sun shades . Housekeeping was minimal. A point to note there are no lifts and lots of steps and lots of gravel paths so if you have large or heavy suitcases it can be a challenge.

Va curato maggiormente il parcheggio esterno sterrato con alberi ed altri ostacoli , che non è illuminato e la sera obbliga ad utilizzare la torcia del telefono per evitare spiacevoli inconvenienti. Va potenziata anche l’illuminazione del vialetto di accesso interno, già presente, ma poco efficace.

Very comfortable, secluded and peaceful hotel. Allows you to break away from the rest of the world - the only sounds you hear are the birds chirping and leaves rustling in the wind. On site restaurant is good, and the staff are very welcoming and helpful. We will be back for sure :)

Very minor issue, but the pool needs re-plastering and maintenance work. Otherwise the upkeep of the hotel is very good.

The breakfast could have more choices of fresh fruit and better sewlection of cheeses etc.

Thre is a lack of railings at the Pietra. Fore example we were staying in 107 which has a fairly long staircase but there are no railings to hold on too. This also applies to the spa where you get in and out of the hydro pool. also stairs by the pool going down to the lower level,etc. One needs to have a look around and inatall where necessary. This is basically a cuase for safety of guests especially of a certain age.

La chambre était très bien et le cadre aussi. Le parking est petit. L indication première sur la route fait passer sous un pont infranchissable car trop étroit il faut faire le tour ou ne pas afficher l hôtel sur cette route la. Trop dangereux pour les carrosseries.

Das Hotel ist sehr abgelegen. Das wussten wir zwar, aber die letzten Meter bis zur Anlage sind wirklich abenteuerlich. Unser Zimmer war sehr dunkel und es roch nach feuchtem Keller, so dass die Klimaanlage fast immer laufen musste und dann war es eiskalt, da diese nicht zu regulieren war. Das Badezimmer ist nur durch eine Schiebetüre vom Zimmer abgetrennt. Das sieht zwar hübsch aus, schafft aber nicht wirklich Privatsphäre. Das wlan hat während unseres gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht funktioniert.
