All'arrivo mi hanno costretto ad un'autorizzazione in bianco sulla mila carta di credito per eventuali danni o furti che avrei potuto commettere ad esempio non pagando il frigobar o magari rubando un'asciugamani...... All'uscita mi è stato chiesto se avessi consumato qualcosa dal mini bar ed ho risposto di no. Ho chiesto la restituzione del modulo di pre-autorizzazione e mi è stato risposto che prima avrebbero dovuto verificare ia camera ( cioè se avessi detto la verità sul minibar e se non avessi rubato qualcosa). Sinceramente è la prima volta che mi capita di imbattermi in procedure così sgradevoli basate sulla sfiducia verso i clienti. Tutti gli hotel controllano alla fine del soggiorno ma con discrezione e senza pretendere garanzie in bianco dalla clientela. Non te lo aspetti da un resort di livello anche perché un minibar da 4 euro di costo totale o un'asciugamani da 10 euro rispetto a una notte vicina ai 300 euro non valgono il trattamento privo di rispetto che viene riservato al cliente. È un posto bellissimo ma purtroppo gestito da un management inadeguato. Mi auguro che nel tempo possano fare un pò di formazione sui principi di base della gestione del rapporto con gli ospiti.

For the paid price per room and the hotel category, I would expect a little bit more amenities and some more compliments. I took a taxi from the closest city to the hotel and I found out that it was the Reception desk staff who decided on the price for the taxi. I also felt forced to use taxi services both ways « and the reception desk was very keen to assist me to find one ». Didn’t like that.

Pool

On arrival before 1500 I asked if the room was available. The person at the reception said yes and handed me the key. Took my bags to the room and soon after we went to visit the city. On check out they asked me to pay an extra €80 for early check in. I refused to pay as I was not told at check in that if I took the room I would have to pay. They insisted and insisted saying that I had to pay but I refused. This argument to a good 20 min explaining to them that I should have been advised before giving me my room. They also said it’s written in the policy on booking, I checked and showed them that it is NOT written in the property policy. It was not easy moving out without paying but I insisted. If I was told on checkin I would have had the option of choosing but one can not be charged for something he was not informed of.
