Punta Nayaá - Adults Only

Amazingggggg! Beautiful architecture, lots of privacy, great food, and plenty of comfort at this hotel.

Love the place - location is great and staff are super attentive.

Amazing staff and hotel. Rooms are very pretty. Wish they had bottled water instead of filtered water in the rooms. Overall amazing.

Gorgeous hotel, very serene, peaceful, great location (despite what some folks say, this is actually situated perfectly to the beach). Looks even better in person!

Only complaint was surrounding roosters crowing loudly early every morning. But also, that’s the vibe of Punta!

The Staff were absolutely incredible and our holiday would not have been half as good had it not been for them. They were SO kind, helpful and accommodating in every possible way, from the waiters, to the reception staff to the cleaners and to the security guard. We are very grateful to them. Our room was beautiful and very relaxing as is the hotel in general.

There was a lot of noise in and outside of the hotel. This was mainly due to traffic such as cars, trucks, quadbikes, motorcycles, taxis etc. There were also some loud, inconsiderate or drunken guests inside the hotel during part of our stay.

great stay. probably could have lounged in the hotel for the entire visit and be happy. the space is beautiful, well-appointed and spacious. our welcome drink - the ginger nayaa - was one of the best cocktails i've ever had. we ate at the restaurant for three meals over the course of a two-night stay, and the food was delicious and fresh each time. it's about a ten minute walk from the beach, which was fine for us. the main strip in escondido can get kind of loud and racous, which is not the vibe we wanted that weekend, so distance to that was nice. the road to the hotel is largely is unpaved, which again, is fine. we're in mexico, and kind of fits with the 'one-with-nature' vibes of the hotel. while i felt safe the entire time (with a partner), i could understand why the unpaved road and inconsistent street lighting may not be appealing to a solo traveler as noted in previous reviews. overall, i would definitely stay here again! looking forward to it.

Bello el lugar. La mejor parte de la estadía fue Punta Nayaa. La villa de 2 habitaciones está espectacular.

Desde antes de la llegada la experiencia fue mala, lo que no sabía es que se pondría peor. Especialmente la bienvenida y el trato del gerente fueron terribles. Tu como cliente te tienes que adaptar a lo que ellos dicen, desde a como regístrate y hacer el pago, a lo que se tiene o no en el menú, a sus decisiones de limpieza y accesibilidad hasta a toallas y jabones. No recuerdo una experiencia tan mala, trato muy burdo, dando prácticamente órdenes y con cero flexibilidad y sentido común.

El hotel está muy bonito y las instalaciones prácticamente nuevas y en perfecto estado, el único inconveniente es que las calles para llegar al hotel son un poco complicadas
