The service at the property and the cleanliness is what stood out the most. The response time from the front desk staff was prompt. Check in was a breeze! We will be going back.

What a beautiful experience my husband and I had at Punta Nayaa. The staff was nothing but friendly and flexible. The way they went out of their way to support our needs was just so appreciative. We cannot wait to come back and bring our friends!!!

Incredible hotel right near the beach!

The location, the design/style of the hotel & rooms, the hotel pool, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff, trips/excursions run by the hotel, and the spaciousness/luxuriousness of our room

Hidden/obscured daily fees/costs (which meant overall cost of our stay was quite pricey) Some communication issues with staff regarding transfers/taxis

El acceso a es terrible, no está pavimentado las calles son irregulares y muy obscuras por la noche. Las habitaciones son algo ruidosas por la noche. La alberca es muy pequeña, pero el espacio de las habitaciones es adecuado. Tardó mucho en llenarse la tina en mi habitación.

We loved staying at Punta Nayaa! The hotel is stunning with amazing views over the pacific and the jungle. The hotel has a beautiful infinity pool and is very stylish in general. The people woeking there are super professional, friendly and helpful! The food and drinks offered at the hotel‘s restaurant are as well a huge plus!

Me encantó el diseño y decoración que son estupendos, pero el servicio de su personal es extraordinario, siempre atentos y dispuestos a ayudar si lo necesitas.

Food was a little pricey but good. Also would love if they pave the roads bc it gets hard walking there in muddy/ dirt terrain.
