El hotel es maravilloso. La arquitectura, el diseño de las habitaciones y la vista están increíbles. El personal es súper atento y amable. Está muy bien ubicado, a pocos minutos caminando de la playa y restaurantes y a la vez en una zona tranquila. Muy recomendable.

El hotel muy lindo, el staff muy atento, amable y amistoso. La comida muy bien. El cuarto amplio y muy limpio. La cama no fue cómoda. Muy temprano los gallos cantan.

The hotel is new so it’s in excellent condition, the rooms are finished to a very high spec and very tastefully done. The hotel has a very luxurious feel to it. Definitely a hotel for having a chill time. I thought the pool location was odd to begin with but actually ended up using it a bit. Only slight annoyance was inability to get food or drinks after 17:00.

Una experiencia inolvidable, definitivamente. El personal del lobby es atento, amable, respetuoso y siempre servicial. El area compartida siempre limpia, muy tranquila y excelente para pasar el rato relajado. Los cuartos son una maravilla, tienen refirgeración y, por lo menos en el que yo me quedé, un tina en el balcón con una vista hermosa. Todo es perfecto, lo único a lo que le pondría un "pero" es al precios de las bebidas y alimentos, pero hay tantos restaurantes cerca que en realidad no es tanto problema. Definitivamente regresaremos!

The property is even more gorgeous in person. It’s thoughtfully designed. It’s close to everything in Zicatela and was mostly quiet at night. The a/c in the room worked well. The shower and toilet are actually behind a door that is open air with a screen, which I didn’t realize from the photos but it was pretty cool. The screen kept all the bugs out. There are roosters in the am and you can hear the dogs and insects at night, which I personally liked and made me feel more connected to the nature of the surrounding area. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. I had a late flight, and they let me store my luggage and use the shower on the rooftop before departing. Nespresso pods are included in the room, but there is no fridge. Note the restaurant in the hotel closes at 5pm, but there are so many options a 10 min walk away.

The road to arrive is very rough. One taxi driver charged me more because of that. You have to pack your sense of adventure/lean into getting dirty when walking to/from Zicatela and the beach. There is no clear or paved path. I just crossed through a path that went through an empty property for sale. For me it was fun, but I could see how it would be difficult from an accessibility standpoint, also when it rains, and requires a flashlight at night. This isn’t necessarily a downside, but there is no elevator and you have to bring your luggage up and down the stairs. The staff were always willing to help.

Excelente hotel para descansar y cerca de la playa. Servicio del personal excepcional.

Atención, limpieza, amabilidad y lugar ir excelente

Todo fue perfecto, Azael y todo el equipo del hotel fueron sumamente amables y dieron las mejores recomendaciones, las instalaciones son bellísimas, exactamente como en las fotos, el olor del hotel delicioso y relajante, la ubicación es perfecta, cerca pero lejos del ruido y la comida del restaurante buenísima, sin duda el mejor lugar para hospedarse, gracias por hacer nuestras vacaciones tan agradables!! El hotel es pequeño pero muy lindo, el personal súper atento y encantador. La habitación lindisima, buenos dprecios sahúmos y las mejores mezcalinas de todo puerto escondido jejeje. Muy tranquilo. El único pero son las calles para acceder al hotel pero eso no es un problema de ellos sino de todo puerto escondido. Me encantó.
