House by the sea and The Seal Woman

I was sent the code which worked. It was easy to get the key as well- some key boxes can be quite difficult to open.

Nothing really. I slept under the eaves of the roof and at first glance I thought I wouldn’t like it. However once I was in the bed it was fine.

The location is extraordinary. You are in the middle of nature and can watch the weather unfold. We had it all in a couple of days: sunshine, rain, and lots of wind. Wouldn't have wanted to miss it. The most spectacular place I have ever stayed in. The communication with John was on the spot. Very detailed info upfront and a fast response to any question.

This was our favorite stay in the Faroe Islands. The house was absolutely perfect: cozy, comfortable, and equipped with everything we needed. The location is incredible, with breathtaking views of the ocean, cliffs, waterfalls, and the Seal Woman statue right outside. We loved spending time simply watching the scenery and birdlife from the windows.

The only downside had nothing to do with the house itself. On two separate occasions, visitors stepped over the chain marking the private patio area and walked right up to the windows to look inside the living room. We had to explain that the property was a private rental politely. It was surprising and awkward and uncomfortable, but fortunately only a minor interruption to an otherwise wonderful stay.

Werkelijk fantastische locatie ! En zeer behulpzame host. Moesten last minute half jaar later en dat was geen enkel probleem. Huis is verder van alle gemakken voorzien.

The location was amazing. You are right next to several waterfalls and can see an amazing view from every window. The seal woman statue is just down the steps from the house. The house is warm and inviting.
