House by the sea and The Seal Woman

This is trully a fantastic place to stay! The views can’t be compared to anything else. The house itself was really clean and well equipped. The host is very responsive and kind. Be aware that the island is pretty isolated, there are for example no regular shops, so don’t forget to get groceries in advance. I also recommend booking ferry both ways to be sure, there’s enough space for your car.

You have to pay via bank transfer or cash. If pay cash, it has to be in local money and need to go to the landlord or hotel manager to pay in person

Lovely accommodation and a truly unique experience! The house is cozy and beautifully decorated, clean and well-equipped with everything one needs, however it is the view what makes the place truly magical. Communication with the host was good, John was responsive and helpful, ensuring we had a pleasant stay. Highly recommended, we would love to go back some day.

My bank doesn’t do international transfers so had to organise to drop off cash in town. While a credit card payment would have been more streamlined for us, it was still worth the inconvenience to stay at such a unique property.
