Cottage , seaside views, quiet beach, awesome view

The location was fantastic, lovely and clean, considering. It was January the heating was on plenty of room , very well equipped. Very happy .

The location and views where nice

The patio doors didn’t lock the decking outside was rotten with screws sticking up , most rooms had holes in the walls, dirty bathrooms, peeling paint, water pouring in living room ceiling from bathrooms up stairs when any of the showers where used. Curtains hanging off the rails stains on the carpets the list goes on it was terrible and when I complained I was offered £15 in compensation still have not had any reply back from booking.com

Good quiet location, well equipped kitchen, 3 bathrooms, 3 good sized smart TV's, huge decking balcony.

Only streaming available on main TV, kettle needed descaling, some doors and windows need attention, top right ring of stove seems to be permanently on and causes electric to trip.

Sea view cottage had 3 bathrooms which I was not expecting, with a shower and toilet downstairs, a family bathroom and en ensuite upstairs. Lots of bedding and towels available. Lots of cleaning products soaps and shower gels . The kitchen was well equipped. the view from the front windows of Pendine sands was amazing. Pendine sands was amazing for our dog with the beach being open for dogs from 1st Oct

The cottage could do with a little TLC but still a great place to stay with the pluses.

The general poor condition and the fact that the shower leaked down into the living room with water coming through the lights and when the cooker was used, it triped all of the electrics out . The place looks nice but it is desperate for a full refurbishment

Fabulous views. Very comfortable. Well equipped. Good outside space

Very difficult to find - we didn’t have a name or number for property. There is no online access or telephone signal, but we knew we were in the right area. Eventually spoke to host, who directed us to the wrong cottage (one next door). We were settled down for the evening when another family came in! They took our booking (which had an extra room) and we stayed where we were, thankfully!

The view

Cottage was run down and in desperate need of repair. Water was coming through the downstairs ceiling when using the upstairs shower. Electrics were tripping out constantly. Needed a deep clean, pictures shown in advertising were out of date and didn't resemble the actual state of the property. We have pictures to prove it. Owner proved very elusive rarely replying to texts and phone calls. We eventually left a day early after informing the owner to the situation, still no reply.
