The hotel easy to access

The lif small, my room upon enter..there’s hair in the bathroom..no kiblat direction in the room.. the TV not up to date.. we are wathching netflix nowdays..

Staff at the reception and at the kitchen was excellent with their service .

I was unpleassed with one of the towel that has little stain of dirt, the water temperature was fine at first but later the water was not hot enough as it used to be, there was no iron and iron board provided even though i already call the staff to bring one to my room and they never show up . Staff at restaurant counter need to polish up on her communication with the guest
