"Disappointing Stay"

The location & the parking.

1) The steep and narrow staircase, making it dangerous for guests with mobility difficulty. 2) No provision of shampoo & shower gel. 3) No TV in the bedroom. 4) The mirror in the bathroom should not be placed on the floor leaning against the shelf. It should be fixed properly on the wall at the sink before we checked in. 5) All these points from (1) to (3) should be mentioned in the overview description of the property.

The welcome pack of tea/coffee/milk & wine was lovely. Had a welcoming text off the owner on the morning of arrival that contained a great deal of information. 2nd door key left in the property was beneficial. Cooling draw was amazing, never seen one before. Nicely laid out property. Comfortable beds in both rooms. Good lighting throughout the property from nice big windows. Close to Clifford's Tower about a 5 minute walk & the city centre was about 5 minutes too. Washing machine & dishwasher a huge bonus (both incredibly clean inside). TV nice size. Cleaning products of all kinds were available in the property. LOVED the hidden wardrobe, such a funky surprise.

Green chairs in the lounge were very uncomfortable. We went as 2 couples & it meant we couldn't share the lounge as the sofa was the only comfortable seating in the lounge. Gave you butt & back ache quickly. Immediate neighbours quite rude throughout our stay & their dog lived in the tiny back yard the whole time we were there, such a shame. Kitchen table/chairs did take up a great deal of space but we just maneuvered it around the kitchen when needed.
