"Superb"

The house was really spacious and nicely presented. The house had everything we needed and really easy to get the key.

The only issue we had was with parking. The description said street parking, which it was, but needed a permit Mon to Sat between 12 and 3pm. We did ask the owner for suggestions on where to park (as we had a wedding and needed to leave the cars in one place duration we were there) they responded quickly and recommended a different spot on the road but this would only allow parking for 2 hours so didnt solve our situation. In the end we did find a long stay car park walkable from the house which was £5 for 12 hours (and free 8pm to 8am)

"An Excellent Hidden Gem!"

Trust me, the photos don't do this exceptional house justice, we were absolutely blown away when we arrived! The house is equipped with everything you could need; comfy beds, huge sofa, great quality diningware, the kitchen of my dreams! Lol. It's only a short walk to the city centre and parking was easy peasy. The host was wonderful, responding very quickly to my query and wished us a great stay. I'd recommend this place very highly and will look to stay again next time we're in Plymouth.

There was not a single thing to dislike about this booking, it was fantastic!

"Nice house comfortable but please put a mirror in the bathroom!"

The house was lovely and clean, well appointed and ideally located for us as it was close to family. We had little difficulty parking on the street close by which was a bonus.

No mirrors in any of the bathrooms and venetian blinds which did not keep out the light so we were woken by the dawn each morning. There is some noise from trains and people on the street but this was not a problem really.

Great location, beds really comfortable , easy collection of key with landlord, impeccably clean and modern decor. Close to local bars and restaurants, it's a very spacious lovely place to stay. Will defiantly stay there again if in the area.
