Modern Luxury 3 bed house

We were happy with almost everything: e.g. the location in the city is superb, because everything is quite close, yet it's easy to get out of it and into the countryside and some awesome beaches; parking was definitely no problem (if you follow the rules).Almost everything you need in a household during a holiday was there (e.g. enough plates).

The only thing we think should be better are the beds which are too small to sleep comfortably (even the kids complained). If the backyard became a little garden, it would come as a real "luxury home". And: we have seen so many amazing welcome packages in other countries the last years. So that would be an extra bonus to an otherwise pleasant stay (and a lot better than many others we have had "the chance" to get to know in England...)

The property was absolutely stunning, decorated and fitted out with a high standard. The location was great too only 10 minutes from the torpoint car ferry

It is advertised as a 3 bathrooms but in reality it is 2 full bathrooms and a 3rd toilet. There are no mirrors in the bedrooms which caused difficulties in drying hair and applying make up; could do with mats in the showers as the trays are slippy; coasters to put hot drinks on would be good as putting drinks hot or cold could ruin the tables. Information booklets for the microwave and cooker would have helped

No mirrors in bedrooms to dry hair etc

Very nice house and very clean. Was in a very good location for us. Would definitely use again when we visit Plymouth next time. Hosts were very helpful when needed and answered all questions as best as they could. Would highly recommend anyone to rent this house. We stayed for 3 nights and could of quite happily stayed longer. Apart from the minor issues listed below this house was very impressive. Thanks again!

Could do with a mirror and table in 1 of the bedrooms to do hair and makeup. No plug by the mirrors that's there, so makes it difficult to do your hair. More towels would be great (hand towels for bathrooms & toilet) and basic supplies e.g handwash. The parking restrictions also need to be undated on the description, not being able to park between 12pm-3pm. It wasn't a massive issue but a little inconvenient at times. Now we know for next time we visit, we can plan things differently.

Absolutely everything. The house is very spacious, modern, spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, gorgeous interior design, comfortable, excellent facilities, ideal location and the hosts were lovely. Felt like home away from home ❤️
